IT Strategies in UK Public Administration
Public-sector IT decision makers plan to invest heavily in BPM, CRM and SOA technology in the coming months. According to a new ILOG-sponsored Vanson Bourne survey, decision makers are aggressively targeting process and service for improvement.
The results reveal many opportunities for leveraging ILOG's Business Rule Management System (BRMS) to improve public-sector process and service. Organisations that integrate ILOG BRMS into BPM, CRM and SOA solutions can maximize their IT investment. With ILOG BRMS, organisations become more agile, boosting operational efficiency and service quality while cutting costs.
