Who are we?
To ensure no customer gets left behind, ILOG has created the Maintenance Center, which centralizes all customer maintenance inquiries—including those from customers no longer under maintenance—and manages maintenance renewals.
ILOG’s maintenance contract management specialists are your advocates, simplifying time-of-purchase and renewal coverage decisions—while keeping your operations up and running long after installation. We are here to answer your questions about ILOG’s maintenance services and to assist you when your maintenance subscription reaches its expiration.
ILOG Maintenance Center services
New releases—New major and minor ILOG software releases are available to maintenance subscribers, based on their maintenance rights. Customers on maintenance can give their ILOG-powered applications new capabilities. Releases are provided free of charge to maintenance customers who migrate to more recent versions of their hardware or software platforms.
Free license transfers—Customers can move a development license to a different machine as project teams change or as hardware is upgraded. Development licenses may be reassigned up to three times per year on the same platform at no charge.
